The tilting rings come with an axis system\/mechanism and dual spring allowing the ring to bend when a vertical force of 105 kg is applied (hanging on the ring). The anti-vandalism rings are reinforced around the edge and on the plate that attaches to the backboard using steel plate. All the rings are supplied painted orange with epoxy paint and kiln-died.
